Are shipping fees refunded when I make a return?Updated 12 days ago
The shipping fees paid at checkout are not refundable. These charges cover the actual delivery of your order — including postage, handling, carrier fees, and for many destinations, the import-related costs. Because these services are completed by the carrier and can’t be reversed once an order ships, they aren’t included in the refund amount when a return is made.
For US orders specifically, the shipping fee also covers a portion of the new tariff and import costs of bringing your order into the United States. This is blended into the single shipping figure rather than charged as a separate, itemized tariff amount, and it isn’t refundable once an order ships.
If you’re curious why shipping is charged separately at checkout, you can read more about our approach here:
Why shipping, insurance, and restocking fees are charged separately
Your product itself will be refunded once it’s returned in new, unused condition with all tags attached, as described in our standard return policy.
