Why did my payment not go through?Updated 12 days ago

We kindly suggest waiting for Shopify—which hosts our eComm platform and checkout—and your credit card company to work things out between themselves, as those two parties control the payment processing and do not share all the specific details with merchants on the platform. 

You may see what's called an "authorization hold" on your credit card statement, but if so, this will drop off soon, as the order was not declined and not processed by Shopify.
