Where do returns from Canada ship back to?Updated a month ago

For international returns originating from Canada, we ask that all customers ship their return back to our international return center in Hong Kong with a reliable and trusted carrier of their choosing. 

If your order shipped from a Canadian warehouse address, we appreciate that you may ask to ship the item back to that location. Our warehouse partner in Windsor ON is located in what is called a "Free Trade Zone" and is only permitted to send outbound shipments; it cannot accept returns back to that bonded warehouse facility unfortunately.
