With the aim of delivering more value to more customers, we do not blend the cost of returns into our retail prices and instead apply a US$20 restocking fee to cover the total cost of the return, including return shipping, receiving, inspection, repacking, and restocking items into inventory. This allows us to keep pricing for everyone as competitive as possible, and address return costs only wherein they occur on a targeted basis.
