We accept returns within 30 days from the date that your order ships.

Eligible items must be sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached and in unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

USA Returns:

For our US customers, we provide a prepaid return shipping label through our returns management portal through USPS.

International Returns:

For international orders, we ask customers to make their own shipping arrangements with a reliable and trusted carrier service at their cost, and ship the return back to our international returns center in Hong Kong. 

Policies:

We require all returns to come back in new, unused condition with the original packaging intact and tags attached. Please do not compress or fold your return into a smaller box, as this may damage the item and prevent it from being eligible for return.

Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed within approximately 7-12 business days back to your original payment method.

With the aim of delivering the most value to the most customers, we do not blend the cost of returns into our prices and instead apply a modest surcharge of US$20 per return and/or per bag, whichever applies, to cover the convenience of a prepaid label as well as costs associated with inspection, repacking, and restocking.
