Please have your order number and shipping address zip code ready. 

We provide shipping labels for our US customers. For international orders, please arrange your own shipping with a reliable/trackable service at your own cost. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-12 business days.

Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to clear back into the account associated with your original form of payment.
