Rather than traditional exchanges, we handle them as two simple steps that keep everything moving as quickly as possible — especially when stock is limited.
How it works:
(1) Place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures your preferred item ships immediately and doesn't go out of stock while your return is in transit.
(2) Initiate a return for your original item through our Returns Portal. Our standard return policy and restocking fee apply.
What about the fees?
We understand this question can come up, and we want to be upfront about it. When processing an exchange this way, there are fees involved: a restocking fee on the returned item, and standard shipping on the new order. Original shipping from your first order is also non-refundable.
We are not able to waive these fees, and that policy applies consistently for all customers. This approach is now standard across most e-commerce — it allows us to keep our pricing transparent and our operations running efficiently, which ultimately benefits everyone.
