Does warranty coverage include free shipping on replacement parts?Updated a day ago

Our warranty covers the cost of the replacement part itself — including straps, handles, and other components determined to be defective under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Shipping costs, however, are the customer's responsibility for all warranty-related shipments, inclusive of spare parts. This policy applies consistently across all warranty claims and all customers, regardless of location.

What will the shipping cost?

The shipping fee charged at checkout reflects the actual cost of getting your part to you — we don't add any markup or handling fee on top of it. It is simply the cost of shipping and nothing more. To check the cost, please add the item to your cart and navigate to check out, where you will see shipping options displayed. 

Why is shipping not included?

Our warranty is designed to cover defects in materials and craftsmanship — the part itself. The cost of physically shipping that part to customers across the world varies significantly by location, and absorbing that cost universally isn't something we're able to build into our warranty structure. What we can commit to is that we never mark up the shipping fee — what you see at checkout is exactly what it costs us to get your part to you. We think that's a fair and transparent arrangement, and we appreciate your understanding.
