Below you will find everything you need to know about discount and promo codes at Stuart & Lau, including how to apply them at checkout and what to do if a code isn't working.
How to apply a discount code at checkout
1. Add your item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout
2. On the checkout page, look for the field labelled "Discount code or gift card" — on desktop this appears on the right-hand side of the screen; on mobile it appears below your order summary
3. Enter your code exactly as it was provided and click Apply
4. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete your purchase
My code isn't working — common reasons and fixes
The code is linked to a specific email address. Most of our codes are tied to the email address they were sent to. Please make sure you are checking out using that same email address.
The code is case-sensitive. Try copying and pasting the code directly from the email rather than typing it by hand.
The code may have expired. Check the email or communication where the code was shared for an expiry date.
A minimum order value may apply. Some codes require a minimum cart total before they will activate — please check whether your order meets the threshold.
Codes generally cannot be combined. Our discount codes cannot typically be stacked with other promotions or applied to items that are already reduced.

Codes found on third-party coupon websites
There are unfortunately many websites that generate and publish fake discount codes for brands including ours, purely to attract search engine traffic. These codes are not issued by us and will not work at checkout. The only codes that work at stuartandlau.com are those sent directly by Stuart & Lau via email, or shared on our own website and social media channels.
What discounts does Stuart & Lau offer?
We run a site-wide sale every year beginning November 1st through Cyber Monday — this is our primary promotional event and savings are available across our entire collection. As a general policy, we do not offer individual, sign-up, or negotiated discounts beyond what is publicly available to all customers at the same time.
