Great question — we’re not able to accept customer-provided return labels.
Our return process is fully integrated with our tracking, routing, and warehouse intake systems. When a return is approved, a label is automatically generated and linked to your order, RMA, and internal workflow to ensure your return is properly tracked, received, and processed.
Using an external label would break this tracking chain and can result in delays, lost packages, or the return not being recognized by our system. For this reason, all returns must be shipped using the label provided through our return portal.
