Once an order has shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it, as it’s already in the carrier’s possession and en route to you. Carriers are unable to reroute or return packages that are in transit. If you no longer wish to keep the order, the best option is to receive the package and then start a return. As soon as it’s back with us, we’ll process your refund promptly.
