Can I refuse or reject delivery?Updated 10 days ago

By placing an order on our website, you agree to accept delivery and comply with all international shipping requirements, including making arrangements to receive / collect the item if needed.

As outlined in our International Shipping Policy, recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their local authorities. These charges are standard for international shipments and are outside of our control.

If a shipment is refused or not collected, customs authorities typically classify the package as abandoned or may destroy it. In these situations, the shipment cannot be recovered and we are unable to issue a refund.

If a refused shipment is returned to us after being rejected, a refund is generally not possible, as the return penalties, handling charges, and carrier fees often exceed the value of the refund.

International shipping systems are designed with the expectation that recipients will accept delivery and pay any required import charges. Refusing delivery is not a supported option and can result in the shipment being abandoned, destroyed, or returned with significant fees. For this reason, all international customers must accept delivery to successfully receive their order.
