We do always advise customers that our warehouse partners are set up for shipping orders orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already been processed into their system, it is not likely that the warehouse team can cancel the order before shipment.

Our team will of course do our best, but we do ask customers to understand that we cannot guarantee order cancellations. If you wish to return your return upon receiving it, you may use our returns platform, which is linked here: stuartandlau.com/returns

If your order is still on pre-order or backorder, we can cancel it or make adjustments to the order prior to the estimated shipping date.

For change-of-mind order cancellations, please note that we are unable to refund the credit card processing fees as they are a one-time, irreversible charge collected by the payment processor to facilitate the original transaction and these fees are not refunded to us. The payment processing fees are approximately 2.5% of the transaction value.
