It's peak season, can you cancel my order before it ships?Updated 11 days ago

In most cases, we’re not able to cancel or edit orders during peak season. Here’s why:

When an order is placed, it is transmitted instantly to our third-party fulfillment warehouse — a dedicated logistics partner that handles picking, packing, and shipping on our behalf. This warehouse is not operated by our internal team, and once an order enters their system, it moves quickly through an automated workflow designed to get packages out the door as fast as possible.

During peak periods (such as the holidays, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, or major sales), the warehouse operates at maximum capacity around the clock. Orders are often picked, packed, and labeled within minutes or hours. Because of this speed and automation, there is very little opportunity to intercept or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Additionally, our warehouse partners fulfill orders for other retailers and brands. Packages flow continuously from the packing lines directly into large carrier pickups and are sent in bulk to the carrier’s distribution depot. While tracking may show that a package has not yet moved, it is often already in transit and simply awaiting its first scan at the carrier’s facility. At this stage, it is not possible for a warehouse staff member — or a carrier employee — to search through hundreds (or thousands) of packages to locate and remove a specific order. The process is designed for speed and accuracy, not individual retrieval.

We fully understand that mistakes can happen at checkout, but once the warehouse has begun processing an order, it is usually beyond our ability to pull it back or modify it.

If your order cannot be canceled because it is already in processing or has shipped, don’t worry — you can still complete a return once it arrives, and our team will guide you through the process.

If you need help with a recent order, please reach out and we’ll do everything we can to assist.
