Where Is My Order? How to Track Your ShipmentUpdated 16 days ago

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email from us containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment in real time. The steps below will help you check on your order at any stage of the process.

Step 1 — Find your tracking information

Your tracking number and tracking link are included in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order leaves our warehouse. If you cannot find that email, it is worth checking your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails occasionally land there.

You can also track your order at any time through our AfterShip tracking page: stuartandlau.aftership.com

You will need your order number, which begins with SL- and can be found in your original order confirmation email.

Step 2 — What do the tracking statuses mean?

Label Created : We have generated your shipping label and your order is being prepared for dispatch. This is normal — it can take up to 1–2 business days before the carrier physically scans the package into their system, which is when tracking activity begins.

In Transit : Your package is moving through the carrier's network toward you. Tracking does not always update in real time, and gaps of a day or two between scans are completely normal, particularly for international shipments.

Out for Delivery : Your package is on the delivery vehicle and expected today.

Delivered : The carrier has recorded a successful delivery at your address.

Step 3 — My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is something wrong?

For domestic US shipments, a brief gap in tracking updates is normal and does not indicate a problem. If tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will look into it with the carrier on your behalf.

For international shipments, longer gaps are common, particularly during customs clearance. A shipment can sit quietly for several business days while moving through the customs process — this is normal and expected. If tracking has not updated in more than 10 business days, please reach out and we will investigate.

Step 4 — The tracking says Delivered but I haven't received my package

If your tracking shows as delivered but the package isn't where you expected it, here are a few quick checks that often resolve this:

— Check with a neighbor, your building's front desk, concierge, or mailroom

— Look around your delivery address for a safe drop location the carrier may have used, such as a side door, porch, or behind a bin

— Check the carrier's tracking page for a delivery photo or GPS confirmation note, which is often included with FedEx and UPS deliveries

— Allow 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark a package as delivered shortly before the actual drop-off

If the package still cannot be located after checking the above, please contact us within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date and we will open a formal investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
