My order has shipped, can I reroute it to another address?Updated 11 days ago

Once your order has shipped and is moving through the carrier's network, the delivery address unfortunately can't be changed.

Carriers can sometimes make very minor corrections — fixing a small typo, or adding a missing unit or apartment number — but redirecting a package to an entirely different address once it's in transit isn't something they're able to do. Their systems don't support rerouting a shipment mid-journey, and as the shipper we aren't able to force that change from our end either.

The best thing to do is contact the carrier directly, with your tracking number handy, as soon as possible. In many regions, carriers offer a “hold at location” or pickup-point option — so even when they can't change the delivery address itself, they may be able to hold your parcel at a nearby depot or access point for you to collect. If that option is available on your shipment, it's usually the most convenient way to get your order somewhere that works for you.
