For cleaning our bags and briefcases, we generally recommend using a soft cloth and gently scrubbing out any dirt or stains with just warm water and a bit of mild soap or detergent.
However, for more persistent stains or marks that won't come out with just a bit of soap and water, we usually suggest taking the bag to a dry cleaner or professional who can attempt to spot clean the affected area. Please advise them to avoid usually harsh chemicals as that might permanently affect the character of the fabric.
