How do I process a Return or Refund?Updated 9 months ago

To initiate a return, please head over to our Returns Portal page. Please have your order number and shipping address Zip code ready. 

We provide shipping labels for our US customers. For international orders, please arrange your own shipping label with a reliable/trackable service at your own cost. 

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-12 business days of shipping your item back to us. 

Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to clear back into the account associated with your original form of payment.
