If your shipment is covered by shipping insurance, you may file your claim with AfterShip at the link provided below:
When submitting and uploading documents in support of your claim, we suggest providing a copy of your confirmation email (your receipt) as well as a copy of the carrier's tracking page, in addition to any other supporting evidence you feel is appropriate, such as a police report or images from surveillance footage.
Please do not file simultaneous claim(s) directly with the carrier, as only one claim be opened per shipment and this can hold-up the approval process. Lastly, please kindly note that AfterShip is the insurance provider, and they will decide the claim.
All approved claims will be re-shipped and are not eligible for return or exchange.
