We do not charge a cancellation fee, but we do advise customers that for change-of-mind order cancellations we are unable to refund or return the original payment processing fees, which are generally around 2.5% of the transaction value. These fees cover the action of processing the original payment and are not returned by the credit card company when a transaction is cancelled.
