Unfortunately, package or "porch" theft has recently become a pervasive problem in the United States, particularly in metro areas. And as such, we ask customers to understand that Stuart & Lau's responsibility is to ensure that the package is shipped to the correct address with a reliable and trusted carrier while providing timely tracking information.
We assume that customers will follow their tracking and take reasonable actions to ensure their package is received safely if required. In the event a package is stolen after delivery to the correct address, we, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund or a replacement.
