Can you ship internationally with duties included or prepaid (DDP)?Updated 2 hours ago

By default, we ship all international packages on what is called a Delivered Duties Unpaid basis or "DDU", which means that the consignee / recipient is responsible for paying their country's duties and taxes when the package arrives in country, if applicable or required.

If you prefer to have your package shipped with the duties pre-paid and included in the price of shipping—what is called a Delivered Duties Paid basis, or DDP—please reach out to our team prior to placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Please note: the total net cost for importing your item (duties, taxes, brokerage) will always be higher for a DDP shipment because carriers charge more for this additional service than if the package ships on a DDU basis.
