Yes — we can arrange shipments to hotels. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please keep in mind the following guidelines:
Advance Notice: Provide significant advance warning and allow ample time for your package to arrive ahead of your stay. This helps avoid last-minute issues and ensures your package is ready for you upon arrival.
Avoid Tight Schedules: We strongly advise against aiming for a tight delivery window. Delays can happen, and planning for extra time will help prevent any inconvenience. Stuart & Lau is not responsible for delays in transit or the package not arriving in time for your stay. As a best practice, we advise ordering a few weeks ahead of your stay and asking the hotel to hold the package in their mail room.
Alternative Arrangements: In case your package arrives after you have departed, please have alternative arrangements in place. For example, you can request the hotel to forward the package to your next destination. Stuart & Lau is not responsible for arranging a return or onward/forward shipment from the hotel.
Please note that we do not guarantee specific delivery dates due to the unpredictable nature of customs and shipping processes. Additionally, we are unable to assist with forwarding packages to another location after delivery to the hotel.
