If your order has not shipped, please email our team immediately at [email protected], and we'll do our best to try and edit the address before it ships out from our warehouse partner. Please do note that our warehouses are set up for speed and getting orders shipped out quickly, so it will not always be possible to edit, adjust, or cancel orders before they ship.

Unfortunately, we are not able to re-route a package once it has shipped.
Carriers can sometimes (with very mixed success) offer minor adjustments to correct a typo in the address, such as fixing a street number or apartment number. Carriers cannot, however, change the address to a new location once the package is in transit.
We are aware that carriers had previously advertised an option for address changes or return-to-sender intercepts while the package is in transit, but based on our experience, the success rate was so low that they stopped offered those services — as the package inevitably would always deliver to the original address provided.
