We’re only able to accept returns for items that are unused, in brand-new condition, and have all original tags and packaging attached. Once tags are removed or an item has been used, we’re no longer able to restock it in sellable condition, so it becomes ineligible for return. This policy is standard across the industry and helps us maintain the highest product quality for all customers.

For clarity, this requirement is shared at multiple points in the purchase experience — it appears on our website, in the order confirmation email, on the product hang tags, and in the materials included inside the box. We do our best to make sure customers see this information before opening or using their item.
