Can I change my address before my order ships?
Yes — if your order has not yet been processed for shipment by our warehouse, we can update the address for you. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. The sooner you reach out, the better — our warehouse processes orders quickly, and the window for changes closes once your order enters the fullfilment queue.
My order has already shipped — what can I do?
Once an order has shipped, we are not able to make address changes from our side. However, most of our carrier partners offer redirect services that you can access directly as the recipient:
FedEx — FedEx Delivery Manager : fedex.com/deliverymanager
UPS — UPS My Choice : ups.com/mychoice
DHL — On Demand Delivery : dhl.com
These services allow you to redirect a package to a nearby address in the same postal code, a local pickup location, or a secure access point. We would encourage you to set this up as soon as possible, as redirect requests can take a day or two to process with the carrier. You can find your carrier and tracking details in your shipping confirmation email.
What if the package cannot be delivered?
If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, our team will reach out as soon as we receive it and arrange reshipment to your correct address right away. Please note that return-to-sender and re-shipment costs will apply in cases where the address provided at checkout was incorrect.
