All our bags are made with our proprietary DuraLite™ fabric, which is an ultra lightweight, high-tenacity 450D nylon-poly twill with a rubber foam layer bonded to the backside of the fabric, making the fabric waterproof. That said, we always try to be very clear in stating that while the fabric is waterproof, the overall bag is technically not "waterproof", in the same way that a dive bag or some hiking backpacks might be.
